Michael Meisterling

Michael Meisterling is a founding partner at Wild Tree Ventures, focusing on early-stage investment in startups addressing significant market shifts. Currently serving as Futurist in Residence at TOTO USA, Michael collaborates with innovation teams in Silicon Valley and Tokyo to develop strategic foresight capabilities. As a partner at BootUP World, Michael connects high-potential startups with essential resources to accelerate growth, contributing to over 120 startups that have collectively raised more than USD 400 million. Michael is also the founder of Qsiba, a consultancy specializing in strategic foresight and innovation strategy, and holds a position on the advisory board of Antler in the USA. Previous roles include co-founding PubStream Inc., leading DanZEP Hotels B.V. as CEO, and serving as SVP for International Strategy at hurra.com™. Michael's educational background includes a BA in Sociology from Goldsmiths, University of London, an MBA from Aston University, and executive education in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
