Jonathan Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career as an Aircraft Loader at UPS in 2012, where they demonstrated attention to detail and ensured the safe handling of packages. In 2012, they transitioned to Best Buy as a Computing Sales Lead, leading a team of 8 salespersons and implementing successful marketing strategies. In 2014, they briefly served as the Director of Marketing Technology at Conquer The Code. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Analyst at Creative Strategies US, overseeing critical projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Jonathan then joined QSR Automations, starting as a Support Team Lead and Escalation Specialist in 2016, where they handled software support for various restaurant concepts and collaborated with kitchen and IT professionals. Jonathan later became a Senior Analyst and then a Lead Product Specialist at QSR Automations, where they managed teams, designed custom datasets, performed remote installations, and actively participated in industry tradeshows. Throughout their career, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Jonathan Edwards has a strong educational background in computer information systems. Jonathan attended the University of Louisville from 2010 to 2016, majoring in computer information systems. Jonathan also completed two certificate programs at Code Louisville in 2020, specializing in C# development and front-end web development. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Technology Associate: Database Fundamentals from Microsoft.
