Kipp Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kipp began their career at WBNS-TV in 1993 as a Director, overseeing daily newscasts and other programs. In 2000, they transitioned to Interactive Ink as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2007. During their time at Interactive Ink, they successfully managed projects and supported the company's transition to digital after it was acquired by Northlich in 2007. At Northlich, Kipp served as a Project Manager, assisting traditional advertising account managers in adapting to digital platforms. In 2008, Kipp joined QStart Labs as a Development Department Manager, responsible for managing the productivity and profitability of the department. Additionally, they played a key role in project management, creative direction, and mentoring other project managers on staff. Kipp's experience at QStart Labs involved working closely with entrepreneurs to define and develop tech-based startup products.
Kipp Abbott attended Ohio University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
