Tuukka Turunen

Tuukka Turunen is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in research and development within the software industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of R&D at The Qt Company since January 2015, Tuukka has previously held key roles at Digia from 2001 to 2014, including Director of Qt R&D and Director of Special Projects. Early in the career, Tuukka contributed as R&D Manager at Nexim Ltd and held various academic roles at the University of Oulu, providing a solid foundation in engineering and technology. Tuukka's educational background includes multiple degrees in Computer Engineering and a Licentiate of Technology in Telecommunication Software, all from the University of Oulu.
