Richard Russell is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure and network systems management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure at QT9 Software since June 2023, Richard previously held the same title at Readerlink Distribution Services, LLC from October 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning and project ownership for IT infrastructure supporting daily operations. Earlier in the career, Richard worked in various roles, including IT Manager and Windows Infrastructure Architect, and played a key role as an IT Network Systems Engineer at Valspar and as a PC-Network Specialist at Amoco. Richard's expertise lies in implementing innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals while ensuring critical infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.
