Previously, Sander held positions as Associate Biotechnology and Associate Corporate Recruitment within the same company, enhancing recruitment processes and strategies. Prior experience includes an International Finance Consultancy Internship at ECOVIS International and roles in sales and marketing, alongside completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business at Avans University of Applied Sciences. Sander also studied at Millikin University, furthering knowledge in international business.
