Amanda Larsen

Amanda Larsen is an experienced leader in technology and change delivery, currently serving as the Director of Change Delivery at Queensland Treasury Corporation since November 2024. Previously, Amanda held the position of IT Director - Core Services at Icon Group, where major achievements included the successful migration of financial management processes to Dynamics365. Amanda's career also includes significant roles at Aurizon, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 300 technology initiatives, and at Suncorp Group, where oversight of key projects like the New Payments Platform was essential. Earlier experience at the Bank of Queensland involved developing Technology Business Partner models, further showcasing Amanda's expertise in technology governance and strategic project delivery. Amanda holds dual degrees in Business Management and Arts from The University of Queensland.
