Ami Gustafsson

Ami Gustafsson is an HR manager at QTE Development AB, where they focus on fostering workplace wellness and employee happiness. Previously, they served as a project lead, overseeing agile project management and support divisions from 2020 to 2023. Ami has also held leadership roles, including as chair of a local union, where they organized workflows and negotiated with various stakeholders, and as chairman of BRF Tosterö 3, guiding development and member engagement.
