Holly L. Rabinsmith

Holly L. Rabinsmith, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of PMO at QTS Data Centers since March 2025, following a role as Director of the Program Management Office & Compliance at the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement, where responsibilities included executing departmental initiatives and collaborating with city leadership on procurement transformations. Holly has extensive prior experience, including as PMO Lead - Agile Project Manager at UPS, and a Senior IT Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. Earlier roles also encompass business analysis and project support for the Veterans Affairs projects and customer service management in hospitality. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Science in International Tourism Administration and Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina.
