Laurence Hess (Duke)

Laurence (Duke) Hess possesses extensive experience in law enforcement, security management, and real estate. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since January 2024, Laurence has also held various roles at QTS Data Centers, including Regional Security Manager and Security Operations Manager from August 2019 to the present. Additionally, Laurence has worked as an Adjunct Instructor in the Criminal Justice & Security Department at the University of Phoenix since September 2009. Previous positions include Realtor Associate at CENTURY 21® (1999-2024), Security/Safety Manager for Envigo (2015-2017), and Chief of Police for the Raritan Borough Police Department (2008-2010), following a progression through various ranks within the department. Laurence's early career included roles as an EMT with the Elizabeth Police Department and significant contributions to crisis negotiation and collision analysis teams in Somerset County. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Management/Leadership and a BA in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
