Wahida Mohammad

Wahida Mohammad is a skilled professional currently serving as a Critical Operations Tech at QTS Data Centers since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT and mechanical systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with equipment installations. From November 2017, Wahida has also worked as a Backup Manager at Ross Stores, Inc., overseeing store management, financial transactions, and maintaining high customer service standards. Wahida is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at Northern Virginia Community College, with prior training from Year Up in Information Technology. Education includes a Standard Studies Diploma from TC Williams High School.
