Clay Boatman began their work experience in 1995 as a Vice President at Iowa State Bank. Clay then moved on to work as a Vice President at MIB from 2001 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, Clay worked as a Vice President at Quad City Bank & Trust. Clay was then promoted to First Vice President, Correspondent Banking from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at Quad City Bank & Trust.
Clay Boatman attended Buena Vista University from 1993 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Business/Finance. Prior to attending Buena Vista University, Clay Boatman enrolled at the University of Iowa from 1991 to 1992, focusing on Finance within the field of Business. Before their time at the University of Iowa, they studied at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1988 to 1990, pursuing Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a specific degree during that period.
