Francis Karl Calica is an experienced professional in customer lifecycle and value management, currently serving as Head of Customer Lifecycle & Value Management at QuadX since July 2017. In this role, Francis leads a team focused on enhancing customer engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing profit margins across all QuadX products. Responsibilities include strategizing customer life-stages, creating analytical reports, and collaborating on product improvements. Prior positions include Senior Brand Officer at Smart Communications, Data Analytics Officer at ABS-CBN Corporation, and CRM Analytics Officer at wi-tribe Telecoms, where Francis developed strategic marketing plans, executed customer campaigns, and generated insights into customer behavior. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Central Luzon State University.
