Romeo Espino, CSPO, has extensive experience in external affairs, data privacy, compliance, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of External Affairs and Data Privacy Officer and Compliance and Audit Head at Quad X since June 2015, Romeo also holds the position of Senior Project Manager - Business Product Owner. Additionally, Romeo is the Founder and CEO of Incendio PH, a role started in December 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture from January 2005 to May 2014 as an IT Senior Operations Manager, with responsibilities covering governance, risk, compliance, global SAP administration, telecom expense management, and technical support operations management for AT&T. Romeo Espino holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in March 1998.
