Dave Poduska

Vice President, Application Development at Quadax

Dave Poduska has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dave currently holds the position of Vice President, Application Development at Quadax, Inc., a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Director, Application Development at the same company from February 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Quadax, Inc., Poduska worked at Foundation Software as the Director of Research & Development. During their time there from November 2015 to January 2019, they played a key role in transforming the R&D department by implementing agile methodologies, enhancing team collaboration, and expanding the team size from 25 to over 75 individuals.

From October 2013 to November 2015, Poduska served as the Vice President of Product Development at Globo PLC. Dave was also responsible for managing the Canfield office during Globo PLC's acquisition of Notify Technology and integrating localized support teams into a global support unit.

Prior to Globo PLC, Poduska held multiple roles at Notify Technology. From August 2012 to October 2013, they were the Vice President of Product Development, where they oversaw software engineering, quality assurance, and network and data center operations. From August 2011 to August 2012, they served as the Director of Product Development, leading development and QA teams and implementing agile methodologies. Before that, they were a Development Manager from July 2009 to August 2011 and started their career at Notify Technology as a Senior Software Engineer in November 1999.

Throughout their career, Poduska has demonstrated expertise in software development, team management, and process improvement. Dave has successfully implemented agile methodologies, established test automation groups, and led the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Dave Poduska has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Dave also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University.
