Steve Gilmore

Steve Gilmore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise engineering and program management within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Engineering at Shields Health Solutions since June 2021, Gilmore previously held positions as AVP of Program Management & Implementation at Magellan Health / Molina Healthcare and Vice President of Implementation at Luminous Development Group, LLC. A founding member of Luminous Development Group, Gilmore excelled in professional services delivery and application development. Noteworthy achievements include leading a significant initiative at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island to transform the enterprise claims processing system, managing a substantial budget and large teams. Gilmore's career began with military service in the US Army, where leadership roles were held before transitioning to civilian leadership in technology and healthcare. Gillmore earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
