Ilia Dubov has extensive experience in IT security, currently serving as the Head of IT Security at Quadcode since July 2016. Under Ilia's leadership, four specialized teams were established, successfully promoting two members to Team Leader roles. Key achievements include developing a comprehensive IT security strategy that achieved Maturity Level 3, redesigning a billing system for PCI DSS compliance to increase card payments by 60%, and implementing a cryptocurrency-enabled security system. Ilia played a pivotal role in a digital bank acquisition that reduced initial costs by 90%, while also enhancing remote access capabilities for 700 employees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Quadcode, Ilia was the Lead Information Security Officer at Forshtadt Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of the bank's DLP system. Ilia holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Orenburg State Agrarian University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
