Impact Investment Manager at Quadia

Orianna joined Quadia in January 2021, bringing four years of experience in investment banking and development banking, and one year of experience in growth strategy in a start-up. At Quadia, Orianna focuses on investment analysis in private equity and debt transactions, from sourcing to execution.

Experienced in investment and growth strategy, Orianna is passionate about sustainability from food to renewable energy. She has developed her strong interest in sustainable food and agriculture by working at YEMA, a Mexican food tech start-up offering healthy, sustainable and more affordable products. She joined YEMA in 2019 as Growth Manager and took part to the launch of YEMA’s e-commerce in Mexico, worked on its go-to-market strategy, developed the digital marketing strategy, and participated in products’ traceability projects.

Before that, Orianna had her first experience in impact investment by spending two years as Investment Officer at Proparco, the French Development Bank, in Mexico City. She mainly worked on renewable energy projects (solar and wind), she assessed the projects’ environmental and social impact and she participated in the structuration of project financings from identification to deal closing, cash flow modelling and documents negotiation. Prior to Proparco, Orianna worked for two years in Project Finance at BNP Paribas in New York City (2016-2017) and at Eight Advisory in Paris (2015-2016).

Orianna holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School where she followed a double degree in law and management in partnership with the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Orianna also studied as exchange student at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina and at the IFP School in Paris. Orianna is therefore fluent in French, Spanish and English.
