Lilac Schoenbeck

Lilac Schoenbeck currently serves as SVP of Product at Quadient since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lilac held various leadership positions at Rocket Software, including Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed M&A strategy, portfolio analysis, and strong cross-functional team alignment. Previous experience includes roles at Carbonite as Vice President of Product Marketing & Integration, leading significant customer migration and corporate strategy efforts, and Vice President of Marketing at iland (11:11 Systems), where integrated marketing for cloud services was a focus. Additional roles span BMC Software, Fortisphere, Innosight, IBM, Fidelity Investments, and Globus, demonstrating a comprehensive background in product management, marketing, and business development. Lilac holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual degrees in Computer Science and French from Pacific Lutheran University.
