Sandrine Mazaleyrat possesses extensive experience in project management and CRM systems, currently serving as Chef de Projet and Responsable MOA for France and Benelux at Quadient since March 2012. Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM tool implementation (SalesForce), leading a team of four business process managers, coordinating with Key Users, ensuring client needs are met through specification validation, and facilitating training and support for users. Prior to Quadient, Sandrine worked at SATAS from 1989 to 2012, holding various roles including Responsable référentiel Produits et Administration CRM where responsibilities included managing an article and pricing database, overseeing CRM operations, and coordinating cross-functional product creation committees. Additionally, Sandrine contributed to marketing operations and assisted in the implementation of new CRM systems.
