Wayne Newton

Wayne Newton has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Wayne began their career at Barclays, where they participated in the graduate program from 1994 to 1997. Wayne then moved on to work as a management consultant at PwC from 1998 to 2002 and later at IBM (Business Consulting Services) from 2002 to 2004. Wayne then joined Thorogood Associates as a Managing Consultant from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Imperial Brands PLC and held various roles, including Group Business Intelligence Manager, CTO, and Head of IT Strategy & Transformation. From 2017 to the present, Wayne has been working at Quadient, first as the IT Director/CIO and currently as the VP of Digital Strategy.

Wayne Newton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (BSc Econ) with a focus on Business Administration from Aberystwyth University from 1991 to 1994. In 1992, they also pursued studies in Accounting and Economics at UHasselt for a brief period. From 1995 to 1997, Wayne attended City, University of London, where they earned a part-time Master of Science degree (MSc) in Business Systems. Additionally, Wayne Newton holds certifications in ITIL from ITIL Certified and PMP from the Project Management Institute, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
