Allison Rizzetta

Allison Rizzetta is an experienced property manager with a robust background in managing Class A commercial office properties. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Quadrangle Development Corporation since March 2022, Rizzetta oversees a 500,000 square foot property in downtown DC. Prior experience includes managing over 750,000 square feet of office and light industrial space at Stoladi Property Group and maintaining a 500,000 square foot portfolio for Corporate Office Properties Trust. Rizzetta also held positions in real estate administration, sales, and management, demonstrating strong skills in tenant relations, project management, and operational budgeting. Rizzetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Virginia Tech.
