Chris Horacek

Chris Horacek has extensive legal experience in intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Quadrant Biosciences Inc since January 2018, Horacek specializes in intellectual property and regulatory matters. Prior to this role, Horacek was Principal at ICIP Consulting, LLC from January 2016 to September 2019. Additionally, Horacek held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Welch Allyn from October 1997 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing legal services across compliance, intellectual property, and transactions, as well as developing company compliance programs. Chris Horacek earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law between 1980 and 1982.
