Robert Ming is the founding partner of Quadrant Law Group and the CEO of ThoughtWorld. They previously served as the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Jefferies and were the Mayor of Laguna Niguel, California. Robert structured and negotiated large technology transactions, supervised global outsourcing, and designed contract management systems, and they began their legal career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Robert holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a BA in Political Science from Azusa Pacific University.
