Melissa joined Quadrant Private Equity in March 2023. Prior to this, she spent eight years at Advent Partners with a focus on technology, education, healthcare and consumer investments, where she played a key role in several investee companies including Zero Latency VR, Medtech Global, Compass Education and Silk Laser Clinics.
