Paulo Tongco

Paulo Tongco has been employed by Quadrant Information Services since 2005. Paulo started as an Information Analyst in 2005 and was promoted to Rate Developer in 2006. In 2008, they were promoted to Product Team Assistant Supervisor/Rate Developer, where they were responsible for updating home insurance rates for different companies/markets, performing various types of testing, analyzing program performance, and documenting programming problems and resolutions. Paulo was also responsible for adding new companies for home insurance, ensuring timely completion of assigned work, providing accurate programs for insurance rate, managing daily rate issue reports, and managing weekly work orders. Paulo was also responsible for production and employee monitoring, programming audit validation, rate issue investigation and correction, and manual processing validation. In addition, they were the "go to" person for inquiries, assistance, programming advice, and time off requests.

Paulo Tongco attended the University of the East from 2000 to 2004.
