Gregg Favalora is the Vice President of Engineering at Quadratic 3D. Gregg has over three decades of experience in the medical device industry, including roles at both startups and large companies. Gregg has been with Quadratic 3D for two years, and in that time, they have overseen the development of several new products, including the company's flagship product, the Quadratic 3D Printer.

Prior to joining Quadratic 3D, Gregg was the Chief Technical Officer at VisionScope Technologies, a medical device company that manufactured an in-office diagnostic arthroscopy system. At VisionScope, Gregg was responsible for all matters of engineering, production, and patents. Gregg led the development of new products and enhancements to existing products, recruited and managed the engineering team, and oversaw all aspects of production. Gregg also played a key role in quality assurance, helping the company maintain compliance with cGMP and ISO 13485 standards.

Gregg has a proven track record of successful product development and commercialization. Gregg is a highly skilled engineer with a deep understanding of medical device design and manufacturing. Gregg is a strong leader with a collaborative style that fosters teamwork and innovation. Under their guidance, Quadratic 3D has become a leading provider of 3D printing solutions for the medical industry.

Gregg Favalora's educational career began with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale University. Gregg then went on to earn an MS in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University.

They are on a team with Sam Sanders - Chief Technology Officer, Gavin Kiel - Senior Chemist. Gregg Favalora reports to Throop Wilder, Founder, President & CEO.
