Biju Ninan has extensive experience in technology leadership and product development, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP of R&D at Quadyster since May 2018, following roles as Sr. Application Architect at Fujitsu America and VP of Product Development at Quadyster. Previously, significant contributions to R&D were made as Technical Fellow and Senior Director at PTC, and as Lead Technical Architect at 4CS, where Biju managed the implementation of SLM Product Suite for major manufacturing firms. Early career roles included IT Consultant at ZADCO and Systems Analyst positions at the Ministry of Health in Bahrain, Softek, and Koluthara Systems in India, with a strong focus on system enhancements and application development across various industries.
