Golan Yona

Golan Yona is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in data science, computational biology, and machine learning. Golan co-founded Quai.MD and served as CTO until exiting in August 2024. Previously, Golan held the position of Chief Data Scientist at the University of Haifa and owned GLUTLESS LLC. Academic contributions include serving as a Senior Scientist at Stanford University and holding various academic roles at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and Cornell University. Golan's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science, with a focus on Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Machine Learning from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a B.Sc. in Physics and Math from the same institution.
