Cari Gear Garrigus

Cari Gear Garrigus serves as the Community Relations Director at Quail Crest Memory Care since August 2023. Previously, Garrigus demonstrated strong leadership as the Chief Executive Officer of the Eugene Association of REALTORS from May 2013 to August 2022, overseeing a not-for-profit trade association for 1,200 real estate professionals in Lane County, Oregon. Prior to this role, Garrigus held the position of Membership Manager at Travel Lane County, where responsibilities included member recruitment and organizing significant industry events. Additional experience includes working as the Program and Membership Sales Coordinator at the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce and serving as Executive Director for the Snowflake/Taylor Chamber of Commerce. Garrigus holds a degree in Business Management from Utah Technical College.
