Rabie Elmtioui has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. rabie started their career in 2013 with Hilton Worldwide, where they held the positions of Director of Restaurants and Lounges from 2013 to 2015, and Director of Food and Beverage from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Waldorf Astoria Dubai as the Director of Food and Beverage until 2018. rabie then moved to Hilton, where they worked as the Director of Operations from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Rabie served as the Complex Director of Food and Beverage at PGA National Resort & Spa. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at The Club at Quail Ridge starting from April 2023.
From 1995 to 1997, Rabie Elmtioui earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from the Institut International de Management Touristique et Hôtelier (IIMTH).
