Guillermo Sierra

Guillermo Sierra currently serves as the VP, Global Head of Energy Transition Strategy and Investments at Nabors Industries, a position held since April 2021. Concurrently, Guillermo holds the role of VP - Energy Transition at Nabors Energy Transition Corp. II and serves as a Board Member for UCAP Power, Inc. and as a Board Observer for Hephae Energy Technology and Quaise Energy. Additionally, Guillermo is a Board Member for UNICEF SW, contributing to the organization's mission since November 2017. Previous experience includes serving as Sr Advisor to CEOs at Sage Geosystems Inc. and GA Drilling, and as an Active Partner at Blackline Partners. Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and Operations & Information Management from The Wharton School and a High School Diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
