Anelia Ras

Anelia Ras, CDE®, is a seasoned professional in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Culture & Engagement at Quaker Houghton since July 2023. Prior to this role, Anelia held key positions at Unisys, including Leader of Talent Management and DEI and Learning & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategy formulation, program implementation, and establishing an inclusive culture. Anelia has also owned a consulting business, Change Forward, and worked with ABI (now Coca Cola Bottlers of Southern Africa) in various HR and sales capacities. Anelia's educational background includes a Certified Diversity Executive credential and degrees in Business Management and Administration from the University of South Africa and the University of Pretoria.
