Laura Jameson

Laura Jameson is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in strategic internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Colleague Communications, Engagement & Culture at National Grid since January 2020, Laura is instrumental in leading Group-wide employee communication initiatives. Prior to this role, Laura was Head of the London Office at scarlettabbott, providing strategic counsel to major clients on culture and organizational transformation. With a background as Engagement Director at Instinctif Partners and various leadership positions at Ruder Finn UK, Laura has successfully managed large client portfolios and driven engagement strategies across multiple industries. Laura holds a BA in International History and International Politics from The University of Sheffield and has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at improving gender diversity in PR and communications.
