Stevannie Sierra

Stevannie Sierra currently serves as the Director of HRBP at Quaker Houghton since October 2023. Prior to this role, Stevannie held various positions at Cruise, including Sr. Manager of Global HR Business Partnering and Global Staff HR Business Partner, from March 2019 to October 2023. Stevannie’s experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Cushman & Wakefield from October 2013 to March 2019 and as HR Coordinator at the same company. Additional roles include Manager at Greenzang Properties and Assistant to the Program Director at Drexel University English Language Center. Stevannie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Greek Studies from Drexel University.
