Jason Marko

Jason Marko is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School Chemistry Teacher at Quaker Valley School District since June 2023 and as an Adjunct Instructor for General Chemistry at the Community College of Allegheny County since January 2024. Marko previously taught at Moon Area School District and held roles as a Custom Framer and Customer Experience Manager at Michaels Stores. In academia, Marko has served as a research and teaching assistant at both Miami University and Penn State University. Marko's educational background includes a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Saint Joseph, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Waynesburg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Penn State University, complemented by a minor in Theatre. Additionally, Marko has held a leadership position as Vice President of TAIG of the Penn State Alumni Association since July 2016.
