Juan Pablo Saibene is the CEO of Qualabs, where responsibilities include overseeing business strategy and team leadership for a workforce exceeding 100 individuals. In addition to this role, Juan Pablo serves as Chairman of the Board and Board Member for DESEM Junior Achievement, fostering entrepreneurial spirit among youth. As a Board Member of Piso 40 and the Cambridge Business Association, Juan Pablo contributes to societal improvement and business excellence initiatives. Juan Pablo organizes the MonteVIDEO Tech Meetup, focusing on technology in video distribution. Juan Pablo holds various academic roles at Universidad ORT Uruguay, including MBA tutor and lecturer in engineering and entrepreneurial leadership. Previously, Juan Pablo was President of AJE Uruguay, promoting the next generation of entrepreneurs, and served as R&D Manager at TCC Uruguay, developing advanced broadcast solutions. Juan Pablo's education includes an MBA from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a recent executive program in Strategic Change Management from Kellogg.
