Santiago Otero

Santiago Otero has experience working as a Team Leader and Software Developer at Qualabs, where Santiago implemented new functionalities and maintained a large-scale live streaming product. Prior to that, Santiago worked as an Electrical engineer student at UTE, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards in hydroelectric power stations and participating in the selection process of control systems. As an intern at TCC Uruguay, Santiago focused on ensuring the stability of cable television signals and carrying out hardware configuration tasks. Santiago studied at Universidad de la República from 2015 to 2021.
