Charlie W. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Charlie began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at UNICEF in Singapore in 1998. Charlie then worked as an Application Developer at the Baha'i World Centre in Israel from 1999 to 2003. Charlie continued their career as a Senior Developer at RevenueRED Africa Pty Ltd in South Africa from 2003 to 2007. Charlie then joined PayOffline (UK) as a Senior Systems Developer in 2007. Charlie later worked as a Solutions Architect at Credit Account Management from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Interlaken Group as a Data & Software Architect. Charlie'smost recent roles include Head of Product Development and Head of Information Technology at QUALCO UK, where they have been working since 2015.
Charlie W. attended the National University of Singapore from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a BSc degree in Mathematics and Computational Science, double majoring in both subjects.

What do we do? Put simply, we help our clients optimise their operations. Qualco UK is a technology company delivering panel management solutions into the credit industry, to support our clients in their effort to deliver first class customer outcomes. Our solutions serve over 70 clients globally and we process more than £150bn of debt annually. We are not a debt collection agency, nor a debt purchaser but we do manage a portfolio of more than 9m accs (in excess of £10bn) through our partnership with 30 outsourced partners. In the UK we offer two core products: IntraCollect – a collections platform designed to enable our clients to operate their own internal collections process. Integrates with diallers, sms, email, payment gateways, mailing houses, speech analytics and more. ExtraCollect – an asset management platform enabling clients to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including: DCAs, Solicitors, Debt Management Providers. The platform includes advanced analytics, intelligent segmentation, reconciliation, invoicing, query management and visibility of account level end-to-end customer journeys. It is cloud based, highly secure and fully scalable. How do we do it?
