Marti Bolivar

Marti Bolivar is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer currently at Qualcomm Innovation Center, Inc. since October 2024, with prior experience at Ampere and a strong focus on modern firmware design and architecture. Bolivar has extensive expertise in software development for embedded systems, having contributed significantly to the nRF Connect SDK at Nordic Semiconductor ASA as a Senior Software Engineer and serving as a Zephyr RTOS developer and maintainer. Earlier career highlights include a Senior Engineer role at Foundries.io and a tenure at Linaro, which transitioned to Foundries. As the founder of LeafLabs LLC, Bolivar led technical efforts, including serving as the firmware lead for Google's Project Ara. Bolivar holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
