Nasser Grainawi has extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead, Sr Staff Software Engineer, and Manager at Qualcomm Innovation Center Inc since October 2007. In this role, Nasser leads a cross-functional sub-team focused on Git Tools, supporting thousands of QCT software engineers through the implementation of Scaled Agile practices and facilitating the professional development of team members. Prior to this position, Nasser worked at Motorola from May 2005 to June 2007, initially as a Software Engineering Intern and later as a Software Engineer in the Mobile Devices Software Build and Integration Team, as well as managing system support and integration tasks. Nasser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2007.
