Changzhou Changzhou has over 15 years of experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Staff/Manager Engineer at Qualcomm (Shanghai) Co., Ltd since July 2010, with expertise in Machine Learning, Qualcomm Neuron Processor Engine, and TensorFlow. Prior to this position, Changzhou Changzhou was a Software Development Manager/Architect at RagenTek Wireless Communication Ltd, where key contributions included building the software platform for Data Cards. Additionally, experience includes leading system teams at Techfaith Wireless, managing a group of engineers focused on the Qualcomm REX/BREW platform, and working as a Senior Engineer at Amoi Wireless Communication Ltd, specializing in system software for the Ericsson mobile platform.
