Ravi Kumar Padmanabham is the Director of Engineering at Qualcomm, with over 11 years of global embedded software development experience in various roles including software release manager, project manager, and senior software engineer. Ravi has led many software platforms, notably for complex multi-technology cellular handsets, and has a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams while interfacing with both internal and external customers. Prior to Qualcomm, Ravi held multiple positions at Motorola Inc. and completed a project trainee role at ISRO, where they developed software for satellite scheduling.
