Director of Software Implementation at Qualer

Angelina Ditts has worked in the software implementation and customer success fields since 2012. Angelina began their career at the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Krasnodar Region as a Junior Clerk, then moved up to a Document Control Specialist and Sr. Documentation Specialist. In 2020, they joined Qualer Asset Management as a Project Manager, where they managed between 5-8 projects at once with customers in a variety of industries. Angelina then became the Interim Head of Software Implementation and was responsible for leading the implementation team with best practices for efficient project management and time tracking. Finally, they were promoted to Director of Software Implementation and created and improved internal KPIs for implementation and customer support. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Specialist, providing support to current and new customers with timely and detailed answers to day-to-day questions within the platform, creating customer reports using Microsoft SQL Report Builder, contributing to expanding the scope of the training resources for future and current customers, and identifying strategic opportunities to grow the company network and user base.

Angelina Ditts is currently enrolled at San Diego College of Continuing Education, where they are studying Project Management. Angelina previously attended Kuban State University (KubSU) from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management.
