Mr. Gilman is the co-founder of Qualex Consulting services, Inc. He has over 30 years of computer programming experience using SAS, SQL and other development environments. He graduated from McGill University with an M.Sc. in Computer Science. He continues to develop and optimize programs for both internal and client use.
