Dean Yellets has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dean started their career at Hewlett-Packard Company in 1983, where they served as the Director of Worldwide Negotiations, managing a team of Business Negotiators and closing complex deals with various global companies. In 2003, they founded their own consulting firm, Yellets & Associates, specializing in business negotiation and new business development. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Professor of Accounting & Finance at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Dean then joined Convergys Corporation as the Director of Sales, leading the sales efforts for their BPO products and services. Following that, they worked at Sutherland Global Services as a Strategic Account Executive, focusing on technology-enabled contact center solutions. In 2014, they founded marGo, a B2B enterprise software company, where they served as the CEO, Founder, and Board Member, overseeing all aspects of the company's strategy, product design and development, key partner relationships, and investment activities. Currently, Dean Yellets is working at Qualfon as the VP of Integrated Sales & Marketing Solutions for Dialog Direct, a Qualfon Company.
Dean Yellets completed their education at various institutions. Dean began in the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting. Later, they pursued an MBA degree at the William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business, completing their studies between 1989 and 1991. Finally, they attended The Wharton School in 2002, where they completed the Advanced Management Program.
