Bill Scuba

Bill Scuba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and research across various fields. Currently serving as the Director of Research at Qualia Life since January 2024, Bill also functions as a Partner at AI REV, where the focus is on assisting enterprise clients with AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation strategies, particularly in Natural Language Processing and Predictive Analytics within Healthcare and Environmental Science. Previous roles include Lead Data Scientist at the University of Utah's Department of Biomedical Informatics, Owner of OREI, Data Scientist at the Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation, Engineering Manager at Fugro Sea Floor Surveys, and Programmer/Analyst at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UCLA, completed between 1993 and 1997.
