David Secker

David Secker has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as the Manager of IT Systems at Qualia since May 2021. Prior to this role, David held multiple positions at Lionfield Technology Solutions from April 2002 to April 2021, including Senior Information Technology Consultant, Systems Engineer, and Technical Account Manager. David holds a degree in Security and Risk Analysis with a focus on Information Technology from Penn State University, earned between 2013 and 2018, as well as an earlier education from Penn State University from 1999 to 2004.
