Derrick Jones

Derrick Jones is an experienced Technical Support Engineer at Qualia since June 2021, previously serving as IT Lead and Jr. Web Developer at Choice Ticketing from August 2015 to June 2021, where expertise included advanced software diagnostics, SQL queries, and data manipulation. Prior to this, Derrick managed a team of 40 as General Manager at Sonic Drive-In from August 2004 to August 2015, overseeing responsibilities such as food cost management, labor, insurance claims, hiring, store maintenance, and compliance with health codes. Derrick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DeVry University, attending from 2012 to 2015, and completed education at Olathe North High School.
