Erin Surprise is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Success Officer at Qualifacts, Erin has held significant leadership roles including Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Professional Services at Provation. Previous positions include VP of Customer Success at Hoonuit and VP of Professional Services and Support at Edmentum, along with Sr. Director roles in Customer Services and Professional Services.
